It was Sunday 16th February, the mood was a holiday, but the passion and the ownership of taking the Travancore Royals to next level lead most of the owners to Trivandrum club for the owner’s meet.

Started with a silent prayer, introduced new members then the annual report was presented by the secretary and the financial report was presented by the treasurer, discussed, clarified and passed both the reports by the owners. Owners shared their thoughts and action points for the next year.

Below is the Actions Points:-
1) To conduct Summer Camp at Kaniyapuram and All Saints College Ground.
2) Apply For AIFF Academy Accreditation. Create a list of all relevant criteria, and work towards achieving the accreditation.
3) We have Decided to play IWL/KPL/ Junior Tournaments and other all India Tournaments. For that playing the bigger games, scout and develop a good team.
4) Create Merchandise like Car Stickers/Bags/Key-chains and other materials to promote the club.
5) Core Committee of members has been formed for faster execution on Sponsorship/marketing and other events.
6) For any requirements like Boots, Jerseys or other materials for the needed, members have confirmed they all are ready to contribute or get the sponsorship.
7) We have decided to have a strong membership campaign to drive more members to the club.

After all the brainstorming decided to have different two core committees for the execution of the action points, one for Marketing/Sponsorship and the other for Membership campaign. We also decided to have regular meetings to follow up on the action points. Ownership Certificates were distributed to the members. Closed the meet with networking and dinner. Thanking all the owners for the corporation. Long way to go, together we will achieve.
